Meditation in Tight Spaces // The Social Yoga Meditation Series // #SOCIALintheCITY

#SOCIALintheCITY at Meditation in Tight Spaces

Feeling squeezed?

Social Yoga has launched it’s first Meditation in Tight Spaces series. Designed to teach you the know-how to create space when you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place, the series will be hosted in typical Social Yoga fashion- i.e. in an unconventional space. This time around, the “tight space” is The Soap Dispensary in Mt. Pleasant. With a theme of “Spring Cleaning”- the meditation will help you do a clean sweep of your mind and The Soap Dispensary will set you up with tools to clean sweep the rest of your life.  The series is currently all full but keep your eyes on their social media for the next series. *check back here for updates and a review, as our #SOCIALintheCITY girl Sara Rose is partaking in this series and will report back on the experience!

Social Yoga is a nomadic studio. Breweries, art galleries, and cafes are places we call home. With a unique combination of series-based classes and conversational teaching style, classes are designed to help you get to know the people around you as well as get to know yourself. We consider it Therapy that Makes you Sweat. We at Social City dig it.

Share you SOCIAL experiences in the CITY with us – use the hashtag #SOCIALintheCITY in your post, and we’ll repost it through our social media channels!
